The deadline to request size changes is 15 calendar days from delivery.
Size changes will be free through the collection point, at home they will have a surcharge of € 3.

The garment you want to change and the one you need.
You must deposit your package at a collection point, and manage your return easily through our Returns Portal.
If you prefer home collection, tell us in the email.
Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will deliver the new product for free. From the moment you request the change, we will reserve the product you want to exchange for you, so don't worry that it may run out while the change is being processed.
All our products can be returned within 15 calendar days from delivery.
Returns can be made at a collection point for free or at home for a surcharge of € 4.
To return the package through a collection point, go to our returns portal and follow the instructions.
If you wish to request a return at home, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the following:
The garment you want to return and the reason.
It would be a good day for you to pick up the package at your home; and
whether or not you have the possibility to print a label.
Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the product and, where appropriate, the shipping costs.
For partial returns, a surcharge will be charged for shipping costs if the free shipping threshold is not exceeded after the return.
In the event of a defect or manufacturing defect, an exchange for a new product or a return will be offered, in both cases free of charge.
