CHANGES

The deadline to request size changes is 15 calendar days from delivery.

The shipment of the returned garment will be the responsibility of the client and must be made to our office:

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will deliver the new product for free. From the moment you request the change, we will reserve the product you want to exchange for you, so don't worry that it may run out while the change is being processed.

To request a change in size, write to us at info@tantarakids.com indicating the order number and the garments you want to change and send us the package with the carrier of your choice (It is essential that it be with a shipping locator) with the clothes you want to change. 

In some locations, we are able to offer returns with preferential rates at collection points. Contact us at info@tantarakids.com.

RETURNS

All our products can be returned within 15 calendar days from delivery. The shipment of the package will be at the customer's expense.

Send us an email indicating the order number and the garments you want to change and send us the package (It must be with a shipping locator) with the garments you want to change to the following address:
