CHANGES

The deadline to request size changes is 15 calendar days from delivery.

In Peninsular Spain changes and returns may be at home or at a collection point, in both cases they are free.

The procedure for changing the size is as follows:

Write to us info@tantarakids.com stating the following:

  • Order number,

  • The garment you want to change and the one you need

For pick up point, manage your change through Returns Portal

For home collectionIn the previous email, also tell us the following:

  • It would be a good day for you to pick up the package at your home; and

  • Whether or not you have the ability to print a return label.

In both cases, once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will deliver the new product to you for free.

From the moment you request the change, we will reserve the product you want to exchange for you, so don't worry that it may run out while the change is being processed.

For the Balearic Islands:

Size changes will be free through the collection point, at home they will have a surcharge of € 3.

You must deposit your package at a collection point, and manage your return easily through our Returns Portal.

If you prefer home collection, tell us in the email.

RETURNS

All our products can be returned within 15 calendar days from delivery. Returns will be free *.

For Peninsular Spain, returns can be made at home or by delivering the package to a collection point.

If you wish to request a return at home, write to us at info@tantarakids.com indicating the following:

  • Order number,

  • The garment you want to return and the reason.

  • It would be a good day for you to pick up the package at your home; and

  • whether or not you have the possibility to print a label.

     

If you prefer to deposit it at a collection point, follow the steps of our Returns Portal.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the product and, where appropriate, the shipping costs.

* For partial returns, a surcharge will be charged for shipping costs if the free shipping threshold is not exceeded after the return.

In the event of a defect or manufacturing defect, an exchange for a new product or a return will be offered, in both cases free of charge.

For the Balearic Islands, Returns will be free at the collection point and at home will have a surcharge of € 4. The procedure and other conditions will be the same as for mainland Spain.

For the Canary Islands and abroad, send us an email indicating the order number and the garments you want to change and send us the package (It must be with a shipping locator) with the garments you want to change to the following address:
